All-Natural DIY Face Mask

Hey guys!  Just want to share my go-to face mask with you.  This one is so simple and it saves money!  Most of the store bought face-masks promise big things but have so many nasty ingredients that they really work against you.

I use Indian Healing Clay, and I’ve had the one container for awhile.  I only use a couple teaspoons each time I make a mask.  Find it HERE for 10 bucks on Amazon!

Here’s my recipe:

Always experiment and figure out what works best for you!  Everyone’s skin needs different things.  My face tends to be on the dry side, so I opt for water instead of mixing the clay with Apple Cider Vinegar.  I also add a drop or two of jojoba for added moisture and just in case whatever essential oils I use need dilution!

Choosing Your Oils:

I used Geranium and Lemon.  My face LOVES Geranium, holy crap.  I keep it by my bed at night and put it on trouble spots like my cheeks and chin.  It works for me because the smell is too floral to wear in the daytime.  It’s so good for pimples (especially the cystic kind!) wrinkles, rosacea, and tightening pores.

Some other good choices are Lavender, Frankincense, Tea Tree, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Copaiba, and Myrrh.

Show your face some love today!
